All bookings start with a 30 minute chat to see if we're a good, working fit. After that, you'll receive a proposal of services tailor-made to you and your wedding. Once a contract has been signed and a deposit has been received, the real fun begins!

PLANNING PROCESS
A Year+ Out
After you hire us we set up a more in-depth call to discuss where you are in your planning journey and what your vision is for your wedding. In this phase, we collect a lot of info, review mood boards & vision goals, and scout vendors and venues. We'll start interviewing and hiring vendors and prioritize the three most important elements of your wedding day.
4-10 Months Out
This phase is based on the package you selected but basically entails booking vendors and ironing out the big details. We check in every month to have a formal chat, though you're able to contact us for anything and everything. If needed, I'll give you and your future spouse homework and little tasks to complete on your own. We'll have access to each other's to-dos in Aisle Planner so we're able to stay on track.
About 30 Days Out
The final countdown! We make sure all the logistics and smaller details are in place, such as finalizing the seating chart, floor map, timeline, decor and more. We have our final meeting a few weeks before the big day to double-check every last detail. If you haven't already, this is the part where you get to rest easy knowing every little detail is taken care of. And this is where I'll suggest you do everything you can to enjoy these last few days of being engaged!
Day-Of
The big day! You show up, get even prettier with your best babes and marry the love of your life. We manage the vendors, bridal party and any Aunt Karen that needs to remember that it's not her day. We are with you from set up to tear down, providing moral support, updates and champagne as needed. We'll have a chat the week or so after your honeymoon to make sure you enjoyed working together as much as we did!
