HOW WE WORK

We Meet

During your free consultation, we'll discuss proposed package options and go over how we work.

Planning

We'll hire vendors, create your timeline, discuss table settings and decor and finalize all those details we talked about. 

Save Your Date

Secure your date with a signed contract and a deposit.  Services start the moment you hire us!

Site Visit

Required for all packages, we'll walk the site, discuss layout and game plan and meet with your venue staff.

Onboarding

We'll talk all details both big and small.  We'll schedule our next meetings and go over pretty much everything.

The Big Day

Your work is done!  By now we have taken over all vendor communication and there is nothing left to do on your end.
