All packages include everything featured in the Month-Of package, including two on-site coordinators the day of, 3+ hours of scheduled calls, access to Aisle Planner, unlimited texts and emails, rehearsal management and endless support.

MONTH-OF COORDINATION

Starting at $1450​

Also known as "day-of" coordination, this package is perfect for brides who just need someone day-of.  Includes:

  • unlimited texts and emails to Melena to get all your questions answered

  • an onboarding meeting, three planning meetings, one onsite visit and a final details meeting for a total of 6 meetings

  • rehearsal management and supervision

  • 10 hours of day-of, onsite coordination with Melena & one assistant

  • timeline/schedule creation and management

  • floor plan development

  • management of all vendors, including load-ins, deliveries, distribution of final payments and/or gratuities and all communication 14-21 days out

  • placement of Client-provided decor, candles, etc. as per your instruction

  • officiant assistance if needed

  • access to our extensive emergency kit

  • coordination and timing of all events including guest arrival, processional, recessional, cocktail hour, grand entrance, welcome, toasts, first and parent dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, cake cutting, grand exit and any other cultural or religious traditions or formalities

  • collection of decor, gifts, cards and personal items belonging to the bride and groom at the conclusion of the event

  • tear down as time permits (excluding bussing of tables, breakdown of tables, chairs and other rented items 

  • up to three vendor recommendations

*Note, backyard weddings incur a $150 flat rate fee for set up, tear down and additional assistant needed to ensure a successful event

PARTIAL PLANNING

Starting at $2000

A happy mix of our Month-Of and Full-Service packages.  Perfect for the bride who's looking for a more customized experience.  Includes:

  • everything in the month-of package PLUS

  • unlimited planning meetings via Google Meet or phone*

  • assistance with securing venue OR assistance with selecting all VIP vendors (photographer/videographer, bar/catering, rentals, florals) *

  • recommendations for all other vendors

  • budget creation and management OR event design and execution*

FULL-SERVICE PLANNING

Starting at $4500

For the big-picture bride who wants to show up and have a darn good time.  Includes:

  • everything in the month-of package PLUS

  • unlimited planning meetings via Google Meet or phone

  • unlimited hours of day-of, onsite coordination with Melena & one assistant*

  • complete event setup and tear down*

  • assistance with securing venue and hiring all vendors*

  • budget creation and management*

  • full event design*
